Designing with Caseapp + COMPETITION
A couple of weeks ago I was invited by Caseapp to design my custom phone case. I had so many designs in mind, it was hard to choose - luckily the lovely Caseapp folk let me create not one, but two designs.
Classic marble
I fell in love with the pre-designed Caseapp marble patterns and went for the one called 'New Italian Marble'. It's a grey marble pattern, but you can also choose from lots of other colours: white, pink, burgundy, green or black marble. To personalise the phone I added my initials in white. It was pretty easy to edit the text and I could pick from various font styles and colours. I am pretty happy with the end result, what do you think?
HO-HO-HO
For the second design I went with the Christmas theme and I love how it turned out. If you would like to create something similar, the font style is called 'Rounded' and I sticked with the default white background. It is the perfect stocking filler and such a simple design. Although Mr Enthusiast pointed out that when turned around the case reads OH-OH-OH. Oh, well.
I went for two simple designs, but you can pick from lots of different styles with Caseapp. There is a wide range of pre-designed patterns from woodland creatures to botanical. Check out the patterns here. The customising page lets you upload your own photos, insert text and clipart.
The cases come in matte or glossy finish and you can choose from regular or extra protection case. And most importantly, the cases fit iPhone, Samsung, Nokia or HTC - find the full list on the Caseapp website. Worth noting they also have custom laptop skins, so you can match your computer with your phone.
